Why AEIOU?

 

To provide a central forum for endocrinologists of Indian origin who have interest in endocrine disease. This will promote close relationships among its members for mutual benefit and advancement. To create a community of endocrinologists of Indian origin that shares their collective knowledge, experience and ideas ranging from academic excellence to practical tips for practice management and life work balance 
To provide a forum for mentoring and supporting endocrinologists in both academic and clinical practice as well as life work balance To promote and maintain the high standard of academic excellence and clinical practice of endocrinology through educational, social, and scientific activities. This will be in the common interest of its members and the communities they serve.
To establish a continuing relationship and communication with similar societies in India and with physicians in underserved areas in India To provide a forum for discussing and advancing research and care of unique endocrine issues that affect individuals of Indian origin
To maintain a close liaison with local, national and international endocrine and medical organizations. Maintain a directory of endocrinologists of Indian origin
